| My name is Karen Cory and I’m the new school nurse at Castro! I have been a nurse for 10 years and this is my 5th year as a school nurse with DPS. I grew up in Texas and graduated from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas with my Bachelors of Science in Nursing. I worked for six years as a labor and delivery nurse. Travel nursing brought my husband and me to Denver and we loved it so much we decided to stay. I love to hike, ski, and read. We have two cats and a corgi that keep us busy. I’m so excited to be a part of the Castro Family! |
