What is a Walking School Bus?
A Walking School Bus is a group of students who walk to school together with one or more adult volunteers acting as “bus drivers.” This initiative aims to create a safe, structured, and enjoyable walking route for students connections among families and neighbors.
How It Will Work:
Routes and Schedules: Will be identified safe and convenient routes for the Walking School Bus. Each route will have designated meeting points and times. The Walking Bus is every school day morning and afternoon.
Volunteers: We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to help lead and supervise the Walking School Bus. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Ms.Eve in room 104 or eve_ulloa@dpsk12.net
Participation: All students are welcome to join the Walking School Bus.
